@martinlewis.moneysavingexpert.com it seems that O2 virgin media are being unscrupulous with those customers choosing to stay with them. I’m not the only one who has lost their original phone number when switching tariffs. As a small business owner this has devastated me. Incompetence at its finest.

@vmo2news.bsky.social Can you stop holding my phone no. hostage & release it back to me. As a small business owner you’ve lost me a sizeable amount of £. Since your merger with virgin media, you seem to hold no value in your customers & your credibility is about as a solid as a quagmire.
