This is correct from what I recall of undergrad math/cs courses.
I vaguely remember the clever way being "numerator x axis, denominator y axis, now take your countably infinite number line and spiral it around the grid" but it's been 10 years so 🤷

I'm approaching a point as a consumer where I actively *want* to pay a creator to just make something cool and give it to me. Like, please, let me just exchange money for services and not be bothered by you until we repeat the process!

The preconstructed decks now are Commander focused, and Standard is supported but not heavily (it's more popular on the digital platform, Arena).

If your local store has a decent Pauper community, you could feasibly put together a list like this one for not too much $$, but it's not super quick rn:
