What should the Steelers do (aside from firing Teryl Austin immediately)? They’re too good (and proud) to be bad enough to be in position draft a franchise QB with Tomlin, but even though it’s clearly time for a change the odds of replacing Tomlin with a coach even 80% as good as he is are very low.
