What amazes me... most. What is causing the blindness, in so many of us ? Each frame is a picture and a thousand words. Each picture shows the cars progress and the disguised iceman shooting one handed as he hits the vehicle with his phone hand... thats it.. visually

That's the point here, they have no jurisdiction over an American Citizen on public or private land in America. On Federal property the have a right to ask for id and search for contraband, if found they are required to turn person and evidence over to a Fed or Local legal authority. Murder isa nono
