Last night I made a yellow curry with a ton of chicken that slow simmered all evening so it was like pulled chicken in a curry sauce. We also had a bunch of stuff left over from making tacos on Sunday. So tonight we had yellow curry chicken tacos and they were frankly fucking phenomenal

Destiny is absolutely not the single I expected Ellie Goulding to release, especially at this point in her career. Unfortunately no matter how compelling it is (and I will admit I do find it quite compelling) for me, it can never excuse the fact that she attended and performed at the Bezos wedding.

8# of pork loin broken down into 8 chops, 2 roast and a bunch of strips for stir fry. $16 vs $32 for 5# of the cheapest, shittiest cut of beef. All the cuts from the pork loin are pretty lean and it’s easy to trim any excess fat. Great for hitting protein goals. This is how we afford muscles in 2025

Of note that among all the insanely beautiful, challenging and complex songs on LUX the one that has the most streams after the first day is the 'men are dogs' track (I have played it 5000 times)
