One of my favourite supplements!

I ran this in July last year (which is the middle of winter here down under) set in a district called “Forechs” where the seasons are reversed from the rest of Bastionland due to an incident some time in the past…

This is so much more disrespectful than anything any "leftist" did to "celebrate" Kirk's murder.

Agreed on MD paper, it's one of my faves.

Another great one is Optik paper, which is in Oxford brand notebooks in the Commonwealth countries and Hamelin brand in the US. It performs very well, and is very affordable.

Ugh 😒 That’s so disappointing. Another brand to avoid.

I highly, highly recommend the Muji “open flat notebook” with their high quality paper made in Japan (rather than “planting paper” or recycled paper)

Good to know, thanks!

It would be the 80gsm paper that I’ve used. I’ve heard the same about the 120gsm paper.

I’m interested in your choice of Leuchtterm - I like their construction, but have found the paper’s performance to be sub-par with many fountain pen inks. Do you have trouble with that at all?

Unfortunately, only three. For some reason, season 2 (The Whisperer in Darkness) has been removed entirely from the BBC website. It is available on the Internet Archive, thankfully.

I’ve recently discovered that MUJI “high quality paper” notebooks have fantastic paper, great for fountain pens. Smooth, doesn’t pick up hand oils, and absolutely no bleed or show-through. And the price is amazing for the quality! Pen recommendation: Asvine J16.

I went on a tour of her back in the 90s for a school excursion. One of our teachers had served aboard her as an electrician in his youth, and was able to give us a lot of insight into it, which being snotty teenagers, I'm sure most of us didn't really appreciate.
