Fields has completely lost confidence in himself as a quarterback and I don't think Glenn has confidence in him either. A couple of weeks Problem is, Tyrod hasn't been much better when Glenn has run him out there. At this point though, it can't help but be better if Taylor was playing.

Defense definitely needs work but they did rise up and make plays when the team needed them to.
