SC Lawmakers passed House Bill 3309 that favors utilities & tech companies over citizens. Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Duke Energy and Dominion will be able to charge existing customers for required infrastructure for data centers. It also cuts protections for landowners. www.sierraclub.org.
