I’m doing that now. Sadly I have lost both my parents - my dad recently. I am very aware that waiting can mean it never happens. Both of my parents were relatively young, so waiting for my retirement would be foolish.

I add it to the end of my HT governor report with date, name of course, who did it and impact. It means that Govs also get to see what we are all doing.
