You need to peg out the hank, (do you happen to have a blocking board? - that works nicely) and wind it into a ball while bending over it in the most uncomfortable position to follow the yarn around the hank as you wind 🤦🏻‍♀️. This doesn’t eliminate the potential for tangles, but does reduce it a bit

I’m really interested in this. I have a heart issue, and my cardiologist suggested that when I finally get my TOE done, they check for a PFO because in his (anecdotal) experience repair of a PFO can be a migraine cure. How are you monitoring your HR?
