This gentleman was extremely lucky. We got him back in his vehicle after a light scolding and a very direct reminder that these are WILD animals!!

We had a real treat the other day in the Lamar Valley. Spotted this lone grizzly foraging just off the road. Bears are in "hyperphagia." A supercharged mode where they spend much of their day bulking up before the long winter.
