Except the consent forms they signed waiving their constitutional rights, where is the legal authority supporting this crap? Reliance on TX constitution is irrelevant; Federal constitutional law ("Supreme law of the land") supercedes state constitutional law. Am I missing something?

What are we doing? Pissing on everything millions of soldiers like my Dad, a WWII disabled vet, laid their lives down to protect. But half of today's voters are happy to sacrifice that because it's so fun to 'own the libs'. A pox on all of you who fit in those shoes.

ALL must agree that the ONLY way this works is by following a set of rules. That's how naive I am! 🙂 Deep down I know you're right; if the Ds ever had a chance to get even with 'Moscow Mitch' for what he did to Merritt Garland, should we take it?

I've really cut back. I used to get occasional likes from some of the 'big names'. Now even that's stopped. Lots of posts; less interaction with the average guy (notable exceptions: Mark Cuban and George Conway).
