hot espresso can make them too soggy, and sugar side down helps make sure they are moist enough, they only need a very quick dunk in the coffee (to which I added Frangelico)

recipe right off the package of Ladyfingers from Italia I would not make any changes it was perfect ❤️🤗

#Mascarpone taste test
left- from Italia rich and flavorful
middle- Primo Taglio was ok but not as good, would do as a spread
right- Belgioiso much less dense, lighter color, chemical aftertaste, will never buy again
*I used the mascarpone from Italia for the Tiramisu
