Aunque te parezca cosa vacía, el tener apoyo y que te escuchen hace muchísimo. Es normal que ya no sepas qué decir. un "lo siento mucho, en qué te puedo ayudar?", también marca la diferencia. Eso y no desaparecer por la incomodidad que te pueda causar la situación (sé que no lo harás, generalizo)
