I get arthritis in my fingers only 51 but I guess it’s using my digits a lot and my mum has it badly. They work for me. I can definitely tell when I’ve not taken them for a few days especially at this time of year when it’s damp and cold. 😊

I have these and they make so much difference when you take them regulars. They have turmeric and ginger in along with the chondroitin 😊
