I didn’t eat as well as I would have liked today, but I did have: blueberries, broccolini, and great northern beans. So I had 1 fruit and 2 veggies. Oh, and do those chocolate covered raisins I ate for a snack count as a fruit too? 🤷‍♀️

Hi Rae! Is there a book similar to this one that is written for parents? I know there are many out there from 10-20 years ago but I'm looking for a newer one to gift to a couple who are adopting. They have books specific to adoption, trauma...but need more play/child development texts.

Do you use AudioPen on your phone or laptop? I’m looking at it for my son who is dyslexic (but very bright). He needs to “write” papers, so I’m wondering if it would be best on his laptop.
