Retired asylum officer here. Government taking of property based on race is discrimination, but on its own does not rise to the level of persecution for purposes of asylum in the U.S. it’s certainly not genocide.

This is not deportation. They are being abducted and sent to a concentration camp in a third country. A concentration camp is defined as a prison where people are sent without having been convicted of anything.

So they violated a court order prohibiting his being sent to El Salvador, and worse yet, they sent him to a prison full of the very gang members that he fears. I would be very surprised if he is still alive.
