Want de problemen van mensen die in de knel zitten, zijn te groot om aan rechtse partijen over te laten.

Met én voor hen wil ik doorgaan in de Tweede Kamer. Betere jeugdzorg en GGZ Kinderen en volwassenen met mentale problemen worden vaak van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. 100.000 mensen staan op een GGZ-wachtlijst. Ik zet me al jaren voor hen in, dat wil ik blijven doen. Mensen met psychische problemen verdienen de beste hulp. Iedereen doet ertoe Mensen met een beperking kunnen vaak niet meedoen. Onderwijs, werk en zelfs openbare ruimtes zijn vaak ontoegankelijk. Het leidt tot uitsluiting en een enorme verspilling van talent. Juist voor hen, en hun hulpverleners en mantelzorgers wil ik de stem blijven in Den Haag. Het deel over onderwijs en wetenschap paste niet meer. Maar ik vind de bezuinigingen absurd en blijf me daar ook tegen verzetten.

On Friday 29/08/2025, Sowulo will release their 5th studio album called Niht. We were honoured that we were allowed to listen to the album in advance.

Our reviewer Cliff de Booy has been all over this new masterpiece from Sowulo, and came back all enthusiastic and inspired.

When you go to a performance of The SIDH, you expect lots of lights, lots of bass, lots of energy and lots of bagpipe... ...and their Saturday-performance at Castlefest 2025 delivered on all accounts! They certainly shook a lot more than just dudelsacks!

Castlefest 2025 was the second time I was able to see Lili Refrain life, and the first time I had the chance to take some photographs, too... What a great performance it was - very enchanting, yet also very energetic!

🧵 Zomerfolk 2025 (or any other of our beloved festivals, as far as I am concerned) would not have been complete without the market! As always, a wide variety of the most fantastic and beautiful things could be found (and not to forget all those merchants behind the stands!)!

Of course, Zomerfolk 2025 was not only about music - there were plenty of other things to see and do! One of them were the swordfight workshops of MARS Vechtschool voor middeleeuwse krijgskunsten which they were giving come rain or shine!
