Mama rose breasted grosbeak feeding her two fledglings at the suet feeder. They are almost as big as she is and clearly capable of feeding themselves, but they still want Mama to feed them.

so exciting and completely unexpected!! parent was not feeding the baby but baby learned fast! also bonus woodpecker! there was also a red bellied for half a second. I hope it returns and tries again. Sometimes it takes practice for birds to get the hang of landing on feeders, I've noticed
