So random life update. Last june I was over 350lbs & learned I was prediabetic. So I decided to take my health seriously. With help of my doctor/weight management team, change in diet, working out & aide of medication, down over 90lbs/no longer prediabetic. Wanted to show off my 9 month progress 😊
