Arthur Smith was a coordinator when he came over, and failed to accomplish much of anything, morris has previous experience as a head coach. We are getting a proven head coach. Kubiak would have been great. Honestly it sounds like it was Harbaugh or Stefanski. We upgraded, that's all that matters.
