You’re not wrong. Seeing it all slowly unfold throughout my tenure in the system has been eye opening. I often wonder, can the system be fixed or does it need to be rebuilt altogether?

And honestly, it’s only gotten worse. We still have no state budget, no significant raise in years, and they are screwing us over on insurance. It’s almost impossible not to consider leaving the state for better (??) or the profession all together.
