A favorite album (Men and Their Work) from 2020..All Hits, the ladies from the Portland, OR. scene.

Hi, was lucky when I quit cigs. Live with nonsmokers, they supported me. Rearranged my routine as much as possible. This helped remove many triggers.
I did avoid smokers. I know this isn’t always possible.
Plus, I had a friend who was quitting; nothing works like competition. We both forever Quit.

Nicotine holds the habit. Nicotine gone, it's the habit. Kids will tell you they hate liver, will never eat it, You tell yourself you hate cigarettes, the smell, cost, all the trouble, the stigma.
I would say 'I can’t smoke it’s gross'..I quit..I say 'I’m a nonsmoker'.
