I think they should've had the same surname but I prefer her having a more unique first name. She isn't a female version of makoto, she's a separate design and personality so making her name just spin on makoto doesn't fit

I like to think robin hood stems from his relationship with the protagonist even if that doesn't make sense when stoped and analysed in terms of arcana and stuff
