Bigscreen support has only responded to me 1 singular time this past month. I’m kinda over this. I’m beyond tempted to request a refund and not deal with them anymore. This has been an awful experience.

I have been dealing with defective Beyond 2e since August. They still haven’t replaced my HMD. My current support ticket has been open since the beginning of September and they have ONLY sent me 6 messages so far. The average response time is 7 days for my ticket.
