Good. Now explain to millions of people why they will have to just die when they can't get their heart surgery because they had to let their insurance go, or can't take their sick kid to the doctor, or get their cancer treatments. Oh wait, THOSE people you won't have to look in the eye.

I want to know what made them cave NOW. Republicans have been saying they'd vote on ACA subsidies AFTER the government opens - for weeks. What changed? Cancelled flights? What? WE had the upper hand after Tuesday's elections. And now they suddenly give in. Why now?
