Say.. if an employee had done something like having enough callouts that the employer could have disciplined them in the past but they did not, and this same employee later asserts something in their CBA that the employer violated (ie they revoked approved vacation unilaterally), and instead of 1/2

I’m so sorry. I keep reading it’s better a month too early than a day too late. I had to euthanize my 16 yr old kitty yesterday morning after she unexpectedly deteriorated on Monday. It’s awful for us humans.
