I sometimes eat but tbh I know it's food but i usually just have in my freezer as a cheap ice pack for injuries like tendonitis or headaches u know? And then it melts and I don't end up eating and then I refreeze to use as an icepack but it's like unsafe to eat but still works as a frozen pack right
