Had some pizza dough leftover from yesterday, so I made pişi, aka fried dough, aka the king of breakfast breads

Working out in a non English speaking gym is wild (sound on)

I wonder why

I really wanted sweet and sour chicken, but I was out of cornstarch and the only vinegar I had left was balsamic. Used wheat starch in place of cornstarch and it was honestly fine. The balsamic gave it a really nice flavor too. Going to use it in the future.
