Honestly it just depends on how you’ll be using the laptop. I don’t even remember this being an option when I ordered mine. I was editing videos at the time, so I upgraded everything on it to make sure it was capable. If you’re not going to be running strenuous software, the base or pro should work.

I have a MacBook Pro 15 inch that I bought in 2017. I love it! It’s quick, nicely made and reliable. Never broke down on me like my other Windows OS laptops (Dell and Asus). I don’t remember the exact specs but I just know I upgraded the memory and storage.

Now I’ll fuck up an Apple hahahahaha But oranges- nope!
