I've been cooking all day. The last recipe, for pumpkin mousse, told me how long it was going to take, and then ended with "Ten minutes to chill." That sounded like a good idea, so here I am on Bluesky.

It's the feast day of #SaintCecilia, the patron saint of music. But she's holding her organetto upside down! I play one of those, and I can tell you, if those soft lead pipes splat on the ground, the instrument is never going to sound the same. Look, they're already slipping out...
