I was only a little surprised that she didn't make the finale. There seemed to be very mixed opinions online about her. I never watched her show & wasn't a fan of her personally, but she was a very strong dancer.

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that. You're still a music teacher, right? I absolutely loved my music teacher in middle school. He got a really shy girl like me to open up & sing. Those memories stay with you. Hope it gets better...or you find something better for you. 💜

Just putting the pieces together about Bret's passing. 💔 I had hope for him as my mom was diagnosed with an incredibly rare cancer w/an incredibly low survival rate...but 5+ years later she's still here. Sending thoughts and prayers to Bret's family. Fuck cancer indeed!

I don't either...but then again I'm just getting old. It is SO different these days than in the 70s & 80s. So many teachers made a difference in the life of this very shy kid back then...from math to language to music to culinary arts. Sigh. Lots of love & respect to you for being a teacher. 💜
