Just to articulate myself better - the behaviour I’m challenging in this post is about GMs shitting on other GMs for running games differently as if a group they aren’t even participating in is any of their business.

Exactly, everyone has their own approach to how they organise and put on a game. Your style is similar to how I GM games too. And those who like to stick 100% to the rules too are valid.

I just can’t stand when people feel the need to spotlight their way of playing by putting other styles down
