I agree with your assessment. So do 600+ federal judges. Keep talking about that. I have yet to see a pedestrian explainer for the hypocrisy of Roberts ruling Biden policy was powerless in EPA emissions and student loan forgiveness, both codified as administrative in statutes via regulatory power.

And Ds should connect the dots: ACA subsidies equalize the employer cost-share, which our taxes subsidize, for people who are self-employed and unemployable. But not just them: WE must speak up even when impolite.
