Finally watched “A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night.” It was beautiful, atmospheric and poetic like so many great Persian films. Can’t wait to see what else Ana Lily Amirpour has directed since!

Had an adventure dropping off some packages at the post office. The railroad crossing was stuck and the cars just lining up. Waited for awhile and then made a break for it… wound up lost/exploring & was greeted with this awesome find!

This place is a few blocks from my house. The combination of used cars, giant flag, 10 smaller baby flags, and the glowing LUXURY sign always offers food for thought. #artyear #photography

I watched Agnes Varda’s “Faces and Places” on Kanopy last night. Thinking about it again today, and I realized I was smiling big, reminded that the world is full of wonder and I am not alone.

Distributed some zines and signs and posters and flags while hanging out with these fine folks. 10 minutes after this it poured rain, but it was kind of perfect, undeterred we chanted and splashed and made our thoughts known
