I remember once reading Alex Ross (guy who paints superheroes, to great effect) saying that he makes Superman look powerful partly by having "his cape do the talking." The more flamboyantly it flaps around, the more of a sense of power & motion it gives the image.

Anyway, this reminded me of that 😄

To the surprise of absolutely no one

(Tails Assist is a move, originating in Sonic Mania, where, when playing as Sonic with Tails, you can have Tails fly you places using only 1 controller. In Sonic Origins, it’s backported to the classic Sonic games… including Sonic 2, where you could never have Tails fly you anywhere at all, before.)

Okay, correction to previous skeets: you _can_ use gyro controls in handheld mode in #Cyberpunk2077. You just need to enable it in Settings→Controls→Handheld→Gyroscope Mode. (Default is "Ranged Weapons (Aiming Only)," and I guess I haven't yet tried whatever it means by "aiming" w/a ranged weapon.)

One more complaint: I have all font sizes set to maximum, & in-game text is still too small for me to play on the TV. (Handheld is fine, but then, no gyro controls…) Maybe it's my eyes getting older, but it's annoying.

Also, in-game, lowercase "o" and "a" look almost identical. Boo. #Cyberpunk2077

Just got one. There goes my Black Friday budget 😭

I have two complaints so far about #Cyberpunk2077. One is that I can't use gyro controls while the Switch 2 is in handheld mode. That sucks; I thought e.g. Splatoon 2 handled it perfectly well.

The other is, while I can get naked in the inventory menu, I still have panties on in Photo Mode. WHY 😭

I hope driving gets easier by the time I get to Night City, because I don't want to run over pedestrians. That's the main reason I dislike GTA. (I hate how many sandbox games are like "you can do anything!", but then "anything" turns out to be limited to "be a murderous psychopath.") #Cyberpunk2077

Okay, started on the first objective. I will say, driving is very difficult on a system (Switch 2) with no analog triggers. Either the car accelerates immediately to top speed or doesn't go at all. Tapping the button makes it go in little fits and starts. It's very silly. #Cyberpunk2077
