Hi @lewisgoodall.com listening with interest to your Sodium valproate report. Just to say my prescription is routinely still put in a plain white box, this one is dated 19/02/25, concerned how many more of us are getting this (I do have leaflet and it's repeat prescription)

Dear @emilythornberry.bsky.social thanks for your email about the Green Paper today, however, it says that the government are not consulting about the PIP eligibility criteria, as a disabled consultant, I'm not likely to lose my daily living component, so please how do I object to this?
Page 27 of the Green Paper says We are taking action now to control the rising increase in spend on PIP and to make it more sustainable. We will introduce a new, additional requirement for people to score at least four points in one daily living activity to be eligible for the daily living part of PIP. This will focus PIP more on those with higher needs and will be introduced by the same separate primary legislation. We are not consulting on this measure.

The consultation on Pathways to Work: Reforming Benefits and Support to Get Britain Working Green Paper is open but the Labour Government have not yet made it available in accessible formats yet ~ I think this sums up their attitude to disabled people well
Page 20 of the Green paper. The publication of this Green Paper marks the beginning of our consultation period. The consultation will close 12 weeks after the point at which the accessible versions of this Green Paper are available. We have published this paper ahead of the accessible versions to put detailed information about the matters subject to consultation in the public domain at the earliest opportunity. The production of accessible versions requires additional time, which is why the consultation period will not close until 12 weeks after these are released, so as to ensure all stakeholders have sufficient time to engage.

On today's #Covid #DayOfReflection remembering the 247,553 people in the UK who died from covid and to all those who grieve for them and for the medical staff who went above and beyond to care for them

Last week I was thrilled to attend the premier of Agatha Christie's Towards Zero, we watched the fabulous 1st episode followed with an A & Q, it's the best Christie adaptation since ATTWN and can't wait to watch it tonight on BB1 at 9pm

Delicious visit for brunch at Honey and Co Store Streeet with @caz26.bsky.social over the weekend, loved my poached eggs with butter beans and other plate is an aubergine dish, fab food, lovely service, great place for a catch up over tasty food

In Chelsea today so did a little detour to Agatha Christie’s home Swan Court just off the King's Road

Hello @rbkc.gov.uk I visited Chelsea Library today for a fabulous Vision Board workshop sadly it was let down by your accessible toilet which is too small, has insufficient grab rails, no emergency red cord and when I asked staff where it was I was not informed I needed a RADAR key @euansguide.com
Small accessible toilet with my rollator taking up most of the floor space, strange grab rail which is a bar that runs just in front of the toilet cistern, along the edge of the sink and with two horizontal bars holding it up
