December of 2023, the green dot under the moon turned green and red while it remained motionless for over a half hour at least. Then moved off towards the hills. Suddenly, around 20 minutes later, it came rushing back in my direction. Next, a Massive V shaped craft glided silently over my balcony 😮

Similar sightings off my balcony here in Civic Center, San Francisco, all December of 2023…
