Lovely December morning, started with head torch, long 16k run round cliffs - slow though, walked up the 939 steps (yes I counted) with 535m of elevation so don’t feel too bad about speed. Not sure if this link works, joined Strava at start of month.

Yesterday, middle of summer holidays, paddled/swam for three hours & didn’t see a soul. Apart from start/finish at Petit Bot where a sweet little girl engaged me in conversation about how much fun kayaking was. All very life-affirming.
