I’m still hopeful that we can come to a negotiated agreement. Proud of Arizona’s efforts to partner across the basin so far. As the Bandit and the Snowman used to say: “We got a long way to go and a short time to get there…”
The seven states that rely on the Colorado River are deeply divided over how to manage the shrinking water supply in the future. A meeting held on Monday outlined major differences between the states’ ideas about how to cut back on water use.

Recently had the honor of meeting with some of the submariners currently serving on the #USSTucson, our namesake fast-attack submarine stationed out of Pearl Harbor. We then surprised them with some City of Tucson items, including a Tucson Boulevard sign for the boat! Thank them for their service!
