From the old Boosty/Lavatop/Hipolink intermediaries for Russians (oft-abused by scammers due to not having refunds) to the newer "please use friends & family option so they don't freeze my account" scams, all of this shit is the fault of the paypros.

Oh, that? I thought that was intentional - he slipped and then tried to cover for it when she caught him, but she knew who they were the whole time.

The butter part comes from when I made them in 2021, a year my grandparents couldn't go. Everyone loved them and remarked how different they tasted, and it was because he was using half the butter it called for.

This is based on a true story - in 2016 or so, he showed up to Thanksgiving with the cookie bars. The next day, I discovered an empty box of graham cracker crumbs in his kitchen that had expired years earlier.
Nobody seemed to notice anything off about it.

I know how it is. The good news is that you don't work for a drunken psychopath who has on at least one occasion brought a loaded handgun to work. They're not going to fire you, but it's still probably worth looking for a new job.

Admittedly, I only watched the show for the villains and now that the villain is "I'm evil because my boyfriend rejected me" I've pretty much checked out.
Which sucks because I have an OC from that show I use extensively in my LP.

That's how my boss is. He's proud that he has grandkids, but the days he comes in to work shitfaced are the days when they come to visit him.
