When he first came to Town in November 2023, we were flirting with relegation from the football league (again). At first, his style of play wasn’t working, but once he realised this, he changed systems and secured league status. Last season we nearly reached the play-offs.

Meant to add that what he and Pettit have done for the club allows him to put it whichever way he wants!
