When I was an apprentice, I studied trig but most importantly, used it on the job all the time in the machine shop. So often that many times I could remember much of the book I was using without referring to it. Of course, I was in my early twenties with a young brain! Those were the days!

Yeah, he can work for a contractor, a big company as the resident guy or not hard to start his own biz, don’t need loads of equipment like a carpenter or cabinet maker plus good apprenticeship where he is, you can end up with a journeyman certificate and a two year degree so all good

Grandson coming down tonight after being accepted into several colleges now wants to do trades, maybe electrician apprenticeship, big decisions

I’m retired for almost 8 years but at my beach place starting do do annual work including doing a shiplap ceiling in one bedroom, it’s takes a couple weeks at least to get opened up for season, grandson coming down tonight to add some help, looking forward to warmer weather, best of luck to you

I lived through his presidency and remember it vividly, he was not a very effective leader but an outstanding human and did wonderful work after his term. I think anyone would be grateful for 100 reasonably healthy years
