Jiujitsu today! Got some solid rolls in, and got positive feedback on my movement, side control, guard, and pressure. People are saying I crush them with the pressure but I’m a big dude and I’m strong so I try to use it.

10 years ago at this exact time, I was walking from south Philly to fishtown and contemplating jumping from the Ben Franklin Bridge. My skewed drunk/bipolar logic kept me from it for some strange reasons and by the time I made it home, I knew I needed help. Steph saved my life that day.
