How about we all stay on standard time from now on but normalize a 9-4 workday since with technology, we are way more productive and efficient than we were even 20 years ago.

If flashing headlights to warn other drivers of a speed trap is constitutionally protected speech (which it is), then honking horns should be no different. Just another day of people’s rights getting trampled in a formerly free country.
