Foggy morning, Berkeley marina.

I bit the bullet and swapped out the ergodex-ez for a brand new Kinesis: I just could not quite get used to the ortholinear layout (possibly because I have very short fingers, also the 20+ years of Kinesis usage did not help).

Almost new (four days on the water) Zhik foul weather bib has a tear on the seam by the left knee. Easy to fix; but my previous Gill foulies lasted multiple seasons before needing anything like this.

Note to self: do not change sailing gloves from tried-and-true to new before a big race. the new ones were slightly too short to cover my wrist.

I removed an alkaline battery out of something (I don't even remember what) and left the battery on my desktop for a few months (?) and it ate a hole in the desktop.
