Teasel is good at attracting Goldfinches, Buddleja is aslo known as the Butterfly Bush, but basically any nectar rich plant will be good for pollinating insects, and plants with seed heads or berries will be great for birds.

Thank you for posting this, saw the trailer over on threads, thought what a great idea, reminded me a bit of the twitter anti Brexshit group, anyway followed all your suggestions so far...
