I fully agree, but in reality there’s nothing available on Merc/BMW that isn’t available on any new Kia/VW/Ford. I don’t have any issue with people paying more for something they want though!

The only way this is going to be curbed (never eradicated) is by ensuring every single social media account is the person’s real name and picture, verified and checked. Sure there’ll be the outliers but 90% of it would be gone.
