The "crime wave" percentage increase talked about is actually mainly fuelled by "theft from a motor vehicle."

At what point is crime a welfare issue??

Interesting that 1 and 6 are split. Surely there’s a way to combine these, and reinforce the benefits of non-car travel for those who live in places where it’s viable.
