Reading the article, it was removing the eyes that caused the damage. They should have used a heat gun to soften the adhesive. Can I be her lawyer?

Nearly 10 years since I left, but to get from Pitt Street to Town Hall station I always took the underground route. Street route probably improved a lot since then.
